Modern single-family residence on a ~9,000 sq.ft lot with an approximately 5,000 sq.ft building area. The home includes six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, along with a home theater, roof garden, and radiant heated floors throughout.

The architectural form is intentionally angled to mitigate harsh west-facing light. This strategic break in the plan informed the overall design language, influencing both spatial organization and exterior expression.
