Major renovation of an existing residential footprint on a ~7,200 sq.ft lot. The approximately 3,600 sq.ft home includes five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The project involved a full interior and exterior reconfiguration, resulting in a modern residential layout and architectural expression.
