We are also interested in commercial, multi-family and retail projects, with experience working on contemporary, inviting investment properties that appeal to a broad rental base.
Geometry and light are the two key motivators within our design and we specialize in creating the ideal strategy for light-filled living spaces. Our projects always take into account the site, neighboring buildings and environmental potentials.
As well as seeing through new ground up homes, we have worked on major remodelings, renovations and re-defining the functions of existing buildings.
Director, Somaya Etemad, is an architect and artist educated in Iran and the USA. She worked within several architecture practices in California over the last decade before setting up her own practice.
